Privacy & information handling
We're starting with an email-first pilot. Here's what happens when you contact us and what we ask you not to send.
Website inquiry form
The request form prepares a message in your own email application. It does not store your entries on this website or send the message itself. You decide whether to press Send in your email app. The service that provides your email may separately process your message under its policies.
Information you email us
If you send an inquiry, we may use your name, company name, email address, and information about the document service you request to respond, confirm scope, prepare a quote, and communicate about a project. If you later become a customer, actual job materials would be handled under the agreed service terms and may be processed with AI-assisted tools for drafting and quality review.
Do not send sensitive material in the first inquiry
Please do not email passwords, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, tenant personal information, account credentials, or private access codes. Before sharing work orders or photographs that contain personal information, ask us to confirm the accepted scope and a suitable transfer process.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
To ask a question about information you have sent, request a correction, or ask about removal, write to damonfobbs1@gmail.com. We will review requests in light of any applicable record-retention obligations and the service agreement.
This notice describes the pilot website's current inquiry process. A full customer data-handling agreement will be reviewed before accepting confidential job materials. Last reviewed November 2026.
